Moroccan food is incredibly diverse, thanks to the country’s interaction with other cultures and nations over the centuries. Moroccan cooking abounds with subtle spices and intriguing flavour combinations.
Together with health coach (and lifestyle blogger) Jamila Winwood and her amazing team we challenged ourselves to stay true to the authenticity of recipes (and culinary tradition) and make Moroccan cuisine accessible to a bigger audience at the same time.
Through her childhood memories Jamila takes us back to Morocco. Every recipe, every ingredient and every spice has a story to tell in this clean and contemporary take on authentic Moroccan cuisine.
