Every young person with a practical education deserves a fair change to develop his/her skillset in a supportive work environment. The video content on lerenvoorjewerk.nl creates awareness around the specific challenges these young people are facing at the start of their career.
Concept
A series of inspiring videos to get potential employers involved with young people with a practical background. Through interviews and challenges we make employers familiar with online learning and offer them the tools to help young people develop their skillset on the job.
Result
A fresh video content platform where we introduce raw talent to future employers. The videos show potential employers the skill level, the degree of motivation but at the same time the vulnerability of these young people entering the job market.
